Christmastime is always so fun...cRazy...but fun! I must admit that I am a bit stressed right now. I've been looking so forward to making some yummy, festive meals, but I've been so busy, the last thing I want to do is spend hours in the kitchen. So, after a rather hectic day, I opted for a $5 rotisserie chicken from Costco!! Yum...it was a lifesaver tonight...it's simple, quick, clean, & oh so tasty. So thank you rotisserie chicken...for making my life simpler & my stomach happy on such a long, crazy day!

That is such a great idea. I need to go pick me up one of those for sure!
I agree, Christmas is so much more hectic than it should be. I tried to get my shopping done by OCT 31-humm...didn't, but I tried and I feel so stressed about getting the perfect gifts for everyone and there's so much going on! I love that song by Alan Jackson on your blog--one of my FAVORITES!
MMM! One of my fav's. I usually get a couple, and then de-bone them, and keep the meat in a ziplock. Then throughout the week I can have it to use in other recipies, or just to snack on. YUM!
The pictures you have on the side bar of your little family are so darling-you look beautiful! Who was your photographer? My sister always takes ours, but she lives far away and so she she can't take them very often. I love Costco chicken-it is a staple, we always make paninis with ours!
Thanks Anne! I'm glad that people like the pictures...
Andrea Skidmore is the name of our photographer...she's a friend of mine in our ward....there's a link to her photography site on my sidebar!! She does a great job and I'd recommend her to anyone! :)
I agree..these make for a great meal. You know where else has great rotiserie chickens...smiths. They have ones that are like garlic herb and lemon flavored. They are great. I also recomment them!
